AVADIOS
Your AI. On your machine. In your keys.
DIO is a sovereign AI agent that runs locally on your computer — multi-model, multi-modal, voice-capable, and private by default. It's also a node in AVADIOS, an open peer-to-peer network where every participant earns AUTOM for the compute, storage, and bandwidth they share.
Open source · Local-first · End-to-end encrypted · Windows · macOS · Linux
What DIO does
Talks to you.
Voice-first interface with wake word, real-time transcription, and natural speech responses.
Thinks with the right brain.
Routes prompts across local models (Qwen, Llama, Mistral) and frontier APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek).
Acts on your behalf.
Built-in agent loop with file, shell, web, and browser tools — running in your workspace, never the cloud.
Two layers, one product
DIO — the agent on your machine
Runs locally. Holds your files in your keys. Answers most questions instantly without the network. The product you install.
AVADIOS — the network behind it
A peer-to-peer mesh of DIO nodes. When a question is too big for your machine — or when you want a verified answer — DIO pays AUTOM and the network responds.
Use DIO entirely offline. Or join the network and earn while you compute.
The intelligence pipeline
Tier 0 — Local, instant.
A fast on-device model answers in under a second. Works offline. Costs nothing.
Tier 1 — Multi-brain on your machine.
DIO orchestrates several local models in parallel and fuses the result. Still on your hardware, still private.
Tier 2 — The network.
Hard problems route to the AVADIOS mesh. Multiple nodes answer; Proof-of-Inference confirms the result. Pay only when you use it.
Privacy is the default, not a setting
Local-first.
Your prompts, files, and workspace stay on your machine unless you explicitly send them.
End-to-end encrypted.
What you choose to store on the network is sealed with keys only your DIO holds.
Auditable.
Every action DIO takes is logged in a tamper-evident chain you can read.
Earn AUTOM
Your idle CPU is worth something.
Dedicate a slice of your machine — compute, storage, bandwidth — and the network compensates you in AUTOM, the unit that powers AVADIOS. Spend it back on hard queries, replicate your files across the mesh, or hold it. Open economy, transparent ledger.

DIO is the AI you install. AVADIOS is the network it lives in. Both are yours.
